  7. Periodical reconciliation of formwork materials<\/li>\n
  8. Preparing S-6 A schedule (requirement \/ release) and sending the same to Cluster Office<\/li>\n
  9. Preparing stock statement of formwork materials both in Units and in Nos., with\u00a0 area\u00a0 of\u00a0 shuttering\u00a0 done\u00a0 category-wise,\u00a0 Plywood\u00a0 \/\u00a0 Timber procured during the quarter \/ till date and Productivity report.<\/li>\n
  10. Maintain close\u00a0 interaction\u00a0 with\u00a0 stores\u00a0 and\u00a0 site\u00a0 people\u00a0 for\u00a0 proper accounting of materials<\/li>\n
  11. Despatch and receipt notes to be sent to Cluster Office<\/li>\n
  12. Making of purchase requisition for Plywood and Timber after thoroughly analyzing the number of repetitions<\/li>\n
  13. Receipts of\u00a0 plywood\u00a0 \/\u00a0 formwork\u00a0 materials\u00a0 to\u00a0 be\u00a0 acknowledged\u00a0 after quality checks to Cluster Office on monthly basis<\/li>\n
  14. 100% materials reconciliation at the end of the job<\/li>\n
  15. Looking after pre-despatch maintenance<\/li>\n
  16. Ensuring that despatched materials are in usable condition.<\/li>\n
  17. Sending monthly reports to Cluster office.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
